I am delighted to be hosting Greta for this special one-off She Howls event!

This 60-minute journaling workout is for anyone who wants to journal. Perhaps you find it difficult to journal regularly and feel blocked or unsure of how to do it, or what to write about. Maybe you’re a professional writer in search of some inspiration. Maybe you avidly journal and want to experience the magic of journaling in a group. Because sometimes you just need to be shoulder-to-shoulder and eye-to-eye with fellow writers and creativity seekers.

The agenda

After a short welcome, we’ll do a mindset exercise and a writing exercise to get you loosened up and get your writing flowing. We’ll then do some focused journaling. Greta will provide ideas and prompts from her book Heart, Sass & Soul, or alternatively you can do freewriting on the things you need and want to write about. 

We’ll then end with a Q&A session and close by sharing our insights.
