Dal Kular is committed to protecting your privacy online.  In this privacy policy I describe the type of personal information I hold on/for the ‘Site’ – This includes why I hold it, why I collect it, what I do with it and the controls in place to keep it safe. I collect your Email Address through my sign-up forms. If you subscribe to receive the She Howls Newsletter you need to know that I use MailChimp as a data processor to manage this information. You are required to provide an email address on the sign up form, but please note that other identifying information such as IP address, time zone and geographical area may also be collected. This information is collected through sign-up forms on the Site, managed by Mailchimp and includes a mandatory double opt-in. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time, and your data will be removed from our records when you do. 

I use this information to send you monthly’ish newsletters (with new writings, latest updates and offerings ). I will only ever market my own products and services, or provide external links when I consider them of interest, but these should not be considered a recommendation or advertising in any way. If you decide to look at any of these external links, the terms of this notice will not apply and I advise you to read the privacy information of the other websites.


If you send me a message via my Contact page, you will be asked for your name and email address to enable me to respond to you. It is always your choice to contact me via this method, and if we enter into further conversation then any details about yourself that you disclose are entirely at your own discretion. Your confidentiality is respected and I will not share any of the contents of a private conversation with anyone else unless you provide me with information that presents a significant risk of harm to yourself or others.

Online Individual & Group Sessions

I use Zoom as a secure and confidential platform to provide private and group online sessions and an online open mic.

Zoom is a completely secure, end-to-end encrypted, connection. This means, all conversations and information shared in our sessions are privacy-protected.

Where group sessions are recorded you will always be advised in advance that this will be occurring and have the option to opt out of this session (this denotes withdrawal of consent) or request that I delete any data about you recorded during these sessions. Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes or for podcast purposes.

Private sessions are NOT recorded.


I collect data relating to your preferences in receiving marketing information from me. On the sign-up form you may specify which information you would like to receive.  I collect this information to ensure that I am only sending you the type of information you would like to receive, thus improving your user experience of the Site.

I will never sell or share your information with third parties. If you no longer wish to receive communications from me you have the right to unsubscribe at any time and can do so by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any of my emails.

I collect data about how you use the Site. This data is collected by and processed by the analytics tracking system on Squarespace and Google Analytics. This includes but is not limited to page views, browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, timestamp information, length of visit to Site pages, the number of times you visit the Site, time zone settings, geographical location, and the devices you use to access the Site. This data is collected to run and operate the Site, improve customer service and personalize your user experience.

In order to work with you I may collect the following information about you:

  • Personal details such as your name, email address, telephone number, dates of appointments, questionnaire answers, details of fees charged, the amounts paid and payment methods – this is collected via a third party site Acuity Scheduling. By using Acuity Scheduling to manage my appointment booking I agree to abide by their terms of service. You can view their privacy policy here.

I use this personal data via Acuity Scheduling to arrange appointments, to send appointment reminders and send invoices, and to collect payments and to provide a high quality service as is required both legally, and on a contractual basis, with my clients.
